Payment

We accept PayPal, Master Card, Visa and American Express. INDIANA RESIDENTS:  7% SALES TAX WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR TOTAL.  We also accept cashiers checks and money orders. We do accept personal checks but will wait for them to clear before sending out merchandise. 

Shipping

Your order will be processed as promptly as possible. However, some of the items are custom made and all use natural products, and availability may fluctuate. 

At present, we ship all items USPS Priority 2 Day at no charge. We can use other shippers should you prefer at an additional charge. For international orders please e-mail or call 317-862-0590 during the hours of 9 AM to 5 PM EST Monday through Friday. The recipient is responsible for all applicable duty charges. (All pricing is in US. funds.)

Returns

All of our items are guaranteed free from defect in manufacture. In the event there is a defect, the item may be returned for repair or replacement (customer’s choice).

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any product  within 7 days of receipt as long as the item is in new and resalable condition.  This does not apply to items altered or made to a customer’s specifications, which includes custom designs.  All items returned will be subject to NO RETURN FEES.  The return shipping (from customer to Action Custom Straps) is still the responsibility of the customer.  If you wish to return items, you MUST request a RETURN AUTHORIZATION number via e-mail at sales@actioncustomstraps.com prior to shipping the return item.  RA numbers should be clearly written on the outside of the box prior to shipping. 

Upon receipt of the return, we will inspect the item(s).  In the case of guitar and camera straps, we cannot accept the return if the strap shows any sign of use or wear.  This is because the leather we use quickly forms to an individual and while this is a natural process, it makes the strap unable to be resold.  If the returned item is deemed to be in its original condition, a FULL REFUND will be credited to the purchaser's credit card. If the initial order was paid by a check or money order, Action Custom Straps will issue a refund check to the purchaser, less shipping costs.

Exchanges

All exchanges will be subject to NO EXCHANGE FEES.  The return shipping (from customer to Action Custom Straps) is still the responsibility of the customer.  The customer will also be charged the forward shipping charge (from Action Custom Straps to customer).  If you wish to exchange items, you must request a RETURN AUTHORIZATION number via e-mail at sales@actioncustomstraps.com prior to shipping the return item.  RA numbers should be clearly written on the outside of the box prior to shipping.

Upon receipt of the return, we will inspect the item(s) for wear and tear.  In the case of guitar and camera straps, we cannot accept the return if the strap shows any sign of use or wear.  This is because the leather we use quickly forms to an individual and while this is a natural process, it makes the strap unable to be resold.  If the returned item is deemed to be in its original condition, the new item will be shipped to the recipient.  If the cost of the exchanged items are not equal in value, the credit or debit card that was used on the initial order will either be credited or debited to make up the difference including the forward shipping charges (from Action Custom Straps to customer).  If the initial order was paid by a check or money order and the customer is due a refund, Action Custom Straps will issue a refund check to the purchaser in the amount of the difference (in US. funds only).  If more money is due Action Custom Straps, we will contact the customer by phone or e-mail to make arrangements to secure the additional funds.  When the proper funds are secured, we will send the new item.

Disclaimers

Action Custom Straps will not be responsible for any import taxes, duties, customs documentation, or licenses needed to secure your order.

Action Custom Straps will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment (from customer to Action Custom Straps). Return shipment is the responsibility of the customer. Customer should be properly insured on the value of the contents.

Action Custom Straps will not accept for return or exchange any item that has been altered in any way.
